This model is 20 inches longer (wheelbase) and 3 inches wider than the Atlas® Garage Pro 8000 EXT, making it ideal for extended-cab and crew-cab trucks that exceed standard dimensions. Compared to the original Garage Pro 8000, the EXT-L provides an impressive 20 additional inches of wheelbase length, 3 inches more width, and 14 inches of extra height. With a maximum wheelbase capacity of 173 inches (14' 5") and runway length of 185 inches (15' 5"), this lift accommodates almost all longer-wheelbase pickup trucks on the market.
The 84-inch (7-foot) lifting height and 78½-inch maximum clearance under the runways provide generous working room underneath your vehicle, whether you're performing routine maintenance, restoration work, or simply need safe, secure storage. With 11 convenient locking positions spaced approximately 6 inches apart, you can position your vehicle at the perfect height for any task.
Please note: While the EXT-L handles extended-wheelbase trucks with ease, dual rear wheel (dually) trucks cannot be accommodated due to the width of dual rear wheels between the column lock assemblies. If you need a portable lift for a dually, consider the Atlas® Garage Pro 9000 instead.
