USA Shipping Only

We ship exclusively within the United States. Free Ground Shipping is estimated at 7–14 business days. Priority Shipping is $599.00 per order with estimated delivery in 5–7 business days.

Sales Tax Collection

JDF EQUIPMENT SALES, LLC collects sales tax on orders shipped to states where we are legally required to do so. Applicable tax rates are determined by your shipping destination, the type of product purchased, and current state, county, and local tax laws. Tax calculations are handled automatically at checkout.

When Additional Fees May Apply

Customers may be responsible for additional charges in situations outside our standard delivery process, including:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Missed freight delivery appointments or rescheduled windows
Storage or holding fees resulting from customer-caused delivery delays
Special delivery requirements not covered under standard shipping
Remote-area or non-standard local delivery surcharges when applicable

We will guide you through the process of submitting your valid exemption certificate. Tax exemption is applied prospectively — we are unable to retroactively remove tax from a completed order.

If a pricing or tax-related error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the issue before processing the order. Customers will be contacted if any meaningful adjustment is required, and you will always have the option to accept the corrected total or cancel the order.
